Transferring my Philodendron Melanochrysum into LECA (Semi Hydroponics)

Today, I transfer my philodendron melanochrysum from soil into leca in hopes of saving this plant. As you can see, one of the 2 leaves is yellowing and dying off so I figured I would give semi hydroponics a try since this plant hasn't given me any new growth / leaves since I've bought it about 5 months ago! Hopefully this transition to leca makes it happier! I'm still a newbie at using leca so comment down below any tips you may want to share with me :D THANKS!
