This is Week 4 Episode 3 of an online course for neurotypicals (or non-autistics) married to autistics. Apologies for the bias towards the intended non-autistic audience. In 2017, I started my practice by focusing on individuals who shared my own neurology because I felt that there were not nearly enough resources available for non-autistics married to autistics. I have since expanded my thinking—as well as my resources—and hope that my current projects will support all members of neurodiverse families, regardless of neurology, by offering resources tailored specifically to individual neurological needs.
