200gm Daal gram(chana daal)
Salt
Turmeric
300gm Flour A/P
Cup of cooking oil
Warm water to the touch.
Description:-
Wash & Soak daal overnight with 1 tsp of sodium bicarbonate
Next day wash & boil daal add salt & 2 tsp of turmeric, daal should be well cooked not grainy.
While the daal is boiling mix the dough & leave to rest. Once daal is boiled, (1 whistle only) drain & allow to cool, then grind daal add 2 tsp of cumin powder mix well. You can press it with the help of a fork as well. Its your choice. Make small ball with the dough & same size ball with daal, roll gently & cook on hot tawa but not boiling. Cook about 2 mins on both side. Brush both side with oil. Ce tout bon appeti 🇲🇺🇬🇧❤️
