From Concert in memory of Rudolf Barshai. September 30, 2011, Moscow Conservatory, The Small Hall. Orchetsra: Moscow Chamber Orchestra Musica Viva, conducted by Dmitry Sitkovetsky. This concert was held at the same venue as the first concert of the legendary Moscow Chamber Orchestra, founded and conducted by Rudolf Barshai from 1955 until his emigration to the West in 1977. First concert took place on April 2 1956. The program in the first concert included same Vivaldi Concerto Grosso for two violins and cello (Sitkovestky, first violin, Basoff-Darskaya, secodn violin and Imin Martirosyan, cello) concerto for four violins and Bach's Suite in the first part of the concert.
