Lesson 12: Your Most Valuable Resource is Time
This week, students discovered that time is their most valuable non-renewable resource. Before building an intentional schedule, we must first measure how we use our days. Planning isn’t restriction; it’s choosing how to spend our life on purpose.

Time is your most precious resource
Multitasking is actually task-switching → it slows you down
Your brain can only focus well on one thinking task at a time
Planning brings freedom, not limits
Wisdom begins with paying attention to how we live
Faith Anchors:
Psalm 90:12 “Teach us to number our days…” showing us we need to be aware of our time and how we spend it.
Proverbs 14:8 teaches us that wise people give thought to their ways.
We can’t steward time well until we know where it’s going so tracking our time is a valuable insight.
