In this video we discussing about the minimum period before striking the form work (stripping time) of different concrete members such as Column, beam, Slab, wall etc. as per the IS code (IS 456:2000).
Important points from the amendment no: 5 also been included.
Forms shall not be released until the concrete has achieved a strength of at least twice the stress to which the concrete may be subjected at the time of removal of form work.
