Emily Greenwood was awarded the Pride of Britain 'Outstanding Bravery' award after swimming 400 metres in icy winter seas to save a boy and his stepdad at Holywell Bay, Cornwall.
Emily was walking along the beach with her son in January 2023 when she heard screams coming from the sea. After seeing they had been dragged out by powerful currents she had to act immediately.
