In this episode, we leave Bergville and the mighty Sentinel Peak behind as we make our way toward the lush forests of Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal. 🌲🏍️
Our first mission? Epic dirt bike rides through Hilton’s forest tracks. Things get even more exciting when we hand the GoPro over to a local pro rider — and he shows us how it’s really done. While ripping through some seriously overgrown vegetation, he finds himself in a wild and unexpected situation trying to help his girlfriend get her bike unstuck. Pure chaos, pure entertainment. 😅🎥
After the action, we slow things down and stay with friends who host us in their stunning hillside forest home, complete with tranquil gardens and sweeping views — the perfect reset before our next hiking adventure.
From there, we head deeper into the Drakensberg to explore the Sleeping Beauty Cave hiking trails. We trek to Pillar Cave, swim in ice-cold mountain streams, and soak in breathtaking scenery that feels untouched and unreal. 🏞❄️
