Makes 3-4 servings

750mL hot water
30g black tea leaves (loose leaf or bags)
4.5 - 6g tbs sweetened condensed milk
450mL evaporated milk (or milk or unsweetened soy milk)

*use a thicker milk for creamier texture
*sweetened condensed milk can be substituted with sugar
*black tea example: Ceylon orange pekoe
