RECIPE: 3 eggs separated, 2.5 tbsp collagen, 1 tbsp gelatin. Whip whites and add gelatin. Blend yolks and collagen. Fold white mixture into yolk mixture. Pan fry for about 5 minutes on each side using medium low heat 💜
