The rule is to record a video at 5 PM using only your phone and whatever is around you! The video should be about 20 minutes long and you're not supposed to edit it. Tag three people and spread the word. (I did have to edit the middle bit, but it shouldn't interrupt anything) Also, I did not record in a lower quality below 1080p. But the audio is kind of low so I'd say it more than qualifies the Lo-Fi rules.
