I am sorry to have to post this. I don't like dumping on a product. But this one has a couple hiccups in the programming and plays phantom notes during certain chords. I would imagine the reason to buy this keyboard is for a child and I think it is likely best to teach a child the correct sounds that a piano will make while playing certain keys. Sorry. I don't mean to be a jerk, but this product needs a couple tweaks.
