Finger Freeze is a two-handed fine motor exercise game for kids to improve coordination and strength of the hand muscles. It is a prep activity for drawing and handwriting skills with a surprise breaks sure to delight. It is created by pediatric occupational therapist Amy Baez.

How to Play:
Let's get your fingers exercising so they are strong and ready to draw.
Hold each sign with both hands for a 10-second freeze.
Look out for moments to shake it off and give your hands a quick break.
