I couldn’t help but wonder… did the SATC 1 movie miss the point? (a review)

Hi everyone! I’m back with another Sex and the City analysis, and today we’re diving into the first SATC film from 2008. We’ll be discussing everything from the movie’s questionable theme, Love and Labels (and how it subtly reflects the gradual Loss of Friendship), to Miranda and Steve’s most iconic scene ever aka their emotional reunion on the Brooklyn Bridge. Plus, we’ll talk about Carrie's vintage wedding suit being designed by John Galliano by Dior, the drama behind Carrie's Vivienne Westwood wedding dress, Charlotte and her chocolate puddings made in Poughkeepsie, Samantha's miserable weight gain plotline, Louise's very own Louis Vuitton, and how Mr. Big seems perpetually alone throughout the movie.
