Sam's Fish & Chips From The Lord Of The Rings

Ingredients:
4-6 pieces of your favourite fish
100g flour
200g breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1kg potatoes
1 lemon
3 tbsp olive oil

Method:
Cut potatoes into chip size rectangles and season with olive oil. Place into a preheated oven at 200*c (400*F) and cook for 40 mins turning halfway
Place bread crumbs into a bowl and flour into second one and in a third bowl mix the milk and egg together
Pat dry your fish then add them one by one to the flour bowl then the egg wash and finally into the breadcrumb bowl. Try to coat evenly
Place them in the oven with your chips when it's time to turn them. Cook until the fish 63*c (145*F) inside
Serve with lemon and tartar sauce
