At Ballet Workout we make childhood dreams come true! We teach children and adults 3-80 years ballet with our own Ballet Workout Method. Focusing in the physical and mental benefits of ballet and improving our society by making ballet accessible to everyone.

This dance is a result of our work with adult beginners balle age 13-16 years. Choreography by Tatevik Mkrtoumian.
