🌱 A distressed baby elephant was found wandering near the village of Asanipa. Wildlife officials responded immediately, rushing to the scene to assess the young elephant's condition. Separated from its mother, weak, and in need of urgent care—this tiny giant needed help fast.
💧 First, the team tried to feed the baby. But giving milk to an orphaned calf is no easy task. Calves that are used to suckling from their mothers often resist bottle feeding—but with patience and love, the team managed to nourish it with much-needed milk.
🚑 Realizing the elephant's condition was too serious for the wild, the decision was made to transfer the baby to a wildlife hospital. In a careful and gentle operation, the calf was secured with ropes and transported to safety.
🏥 At the hospital, treatment began immediately. The baby elephant is now in good hands—and recovering well thanks to the care of dedicated vets and rescue staff.
