If the time has come to replace your flat-free (also known as foam-filled) tires, we'll show you how simple it can be in this video!
First, you'll need to make sure your rim can split apart. If yours is a split rim, there will be 3-6 bolts holding the two rim halves together. If yours does not have any bolts and appears to be one solid piece, you do not have a split rim so you would need to replace the whole wheel assembly.
Once you've confirmed yours is a split rim, let Dan show you how to swap out the tire and get moving again.
