My weight loss journey has been a long one, and I'm not done yet, but it's the beginning of 2019, and I am still committed to losing weight, and I am still committed to weight watchers freestyle, so I thought it would be nice to do a little reflecting before getting started on my weight loss Wednesday series again next week. Weight Watchers has really helped me to learn about myself, my eating habits, and has opened me up to a community of people who have been invaluable to my journey. All of you who watch my videos and support me have truly changed my life and I am forever grateful. I hope you will continue to stick with me in 2019 as well! Thanks again, and LET'S DO THIS!
