Crispy on the outside and soft inside, there're packed with lots of flavor. Can be eaten anytime, as an hors d'oeuvres, for lunch, dinner, or just a snack
Recipe calls for
1lb salted codfish
1 bunch of scallions
1 onion
scotch bonnet pepper
2 potatoes boil and mashed
all purpose seasoning'
garlic powder
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp baking powder
flour for texture
water
cooking oil for frying
combine all ingrediencies together
add flour until desire consistency
Heat oil until hot, drop batter in hot oil, turn over with fork, let brown before removing.
