Assistant Chief Steve Imbarlina addressed the media as Allegheny County Emergency Services (ACES) recognized several 9-1-1 Telecommunicators who helped save two people from a burning vehicle. The group, who had just finished their midnight shift, stopped at the scene of a crash and, alongside a tow operator, pulled both drivers to safety before first responders arrived.
