This is a guide on how to create an Elden Ring save file that allows you to efficiently train for any challenge run you might be interested in doing. Challenge runs require muscle memory, and the only way to build muscle memory is spending time in the fight. The goal with this training character is to feel like playing a level 1 challenge run character, but take a lot more damage so you die and need to run back to the fight way less often.This is mostly for console players, as PC players can make themselves invincible which is the most efficient training method possible.
