My Awl
I can’t live without my sharp stabby tool as I call it, used for making holes for my snaps. Many Kam snap kits come with one if not any leather awl will do the job.

Stabilizers
Stabilizers the three that I use are Brothread wash away, cut away & invisible mesh.
I don't use tear away except for planning out my fabrics in a crazy patch project, as it tends to fail when there is satin stitching in the design.
