Apple's killing the Zuck's metaverse

So Apple just revealed their mixed reality headset to their board of directors. This means the product is almost ready for a public showcase.

And when it launches, there are 3 reasons why it could be the end of Facebook's Metaverse strategy. With each reason being more important than the last.

3. Trust. The winning device in the metaverse race is one people will wear all day. From personal time to family time to work. But in a Verge survey, only 44% of people trusted Facebook with personal information.

2. Platform. Facebook is banking on the fact that they have 3 billion users that they can move to their platform. Apple only has 1.5 billion iOS devices in use today. But with every iPhone Pro, Apple introduces another user to mixed reality tech.
