Telehealth at Yet Another Crossroads: Analysis of Our Present and Potential Futures

In this 1-hour webinar, four telehealth experts will review recent developments in the telehealth regulatory landscape and discuss ways in which these developments are advancing or restricting telehealth innovation and implementation. The discussion will focus on developments in three specific policy domains: changes in the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule for 2025 and prior years, the recently released DEA and SAMHSA prescription drug/controlled substance policy statements, and the pandemic-related federal flexibilities that are set to expire on March 31 unless Congress takes action. We will review the status of current policy in these areas and discuss how recent and pending changes are set to impact telehealth programs across the country.
