The British have escaped again - after them!! I really like the colours of these later issue Colditz released uniforms. The green is so vibrant and looks wonderful on camera. I’m definitely going to do more with the Colditz play sets as there is so much potential for storytelling. I need to make a new guard hut next!
I had a lot of fun making the rusty corrugated iron panels from cardboard and the metal fence from small dowelling. Getting some more use out of my homemade wooden crates was also welcome. I wanted some rough ground so I set it all up in a flower bed under a rose bush where the grass had almost died! I wonder if the spade was used by the prisoners to escape…?
