Panel 1. (Part 3) Innovative applications of statistics, machine learning, and AI

In the past few years, the frontlines of research in industry and academia have focused on the predictive power of new data sources, as well as on improving predictive performance out-of-sample by leveraging causal mechanisms among key performance metrics, in a dynamic, complex environment. This panel will illustrate new applications of statistics, machine learning, and AI techniques that have proven successful at improving the quality of inferences and predictions.
