[TW: Mentions of abuse] Even though we’ve talked about our intergenerational trauma repeatedly on this channel, this was the first time hearing some of the things I never knew Mama Mai was feeling and still dealing with. It’s crazy to think how our experiences were so similar. This is why it is so important to talk about these things and address the issues to break the cycle of trauma so it won't repeat itself.
