Starlink mini review:
After testing for 3 weeks on vehicles while driving and stationary here are some observations that might help.
As you need to use wifi calling to make phone calls using starlink make sure you phone can do wifi calling and wifi calling is turned on.
The 50Gb roam plan (may not be eligible for 1 month credit if using above link) seems like more than enough to watch the odd video and make calls providing you phone is set to low data mode.
Phone calls may cut out every so often if driving near trees that are close or hanging over the road. (Works almost flawless if stationary with clear view of sky)
Making ours portable means it can easily be swapped over to different machines but make sure to use a heavy duty mount or brackets.

Final thoughts: Compared to the mobile network, Starlink for us has been great. Being able to make a phone call wherever you are or download emails, weather forecasts etc, is very helpful. There are still occasional dropouts in phone calls but in low mobile coverage areas it's chalk and cheese.
