The crossroads formed by Osborn Street, Brick Lane, Wentworth Street and Old Montague Street can be regarded as 'Ripper Central'. In every direction key events in the horrific story of Jack the Ripper and the Whitechapel Murders were cast. The axis that passes east to west through this crossroads can be regarded as the Ripper's 'Super Highway'.
