Can You Believe This Is Mainland Thailand? 🇹🇭

Today we explored Chanthaburi province by motorbike and we'll show you why it's one of our favourite places in Thailand.

We kicked off the day with some breakfast at a really good khao gaeng spot run by some lovely ladies here in Chanthaburi.

First proper stop was at a gorgeous blue and white temple here by the coast, we had a wander around then found a granny selling some delicious grilled sticky rice snacks so bought a load for the road.

We're always hungry when in Thailand so pretty much straight after setting off again we pulled over to eat some boat noodles and have a chat with the lovely local ladies.

Next we headed over to the Khao Laem Sing forest park area where we climbed a lighthouse for some stunning views then chilled out on one of the most beautiful beaches we've seen in all Thailand.

We were so thirsty so we stopped for some soda mapeed, a Chanthaburi special that always hits the spot.

On the way home we also ended up buying an out of season durian and some salak from a friendly seller at the side of the road. When home we cut open the Durian and all shared it, what an end to the day.

Chanthaburi province really does have it all 🇹🇭
