Use the Cat Cafe preset and have the following activities:
play with animals
drink tea
drink coffee
friendly interactions

In the customer requirement section you set up cats to be accompanied by a caregiver, this means more cats will come to the cafe with their owners.
Optional to add toddlers and kids with their caregiver too.
