Global Talent Mobility Summit 2025

On June 27, the 2025 Global Talent Summit was held at the Beijing International Fortune Center in Tongzhou, the sub-center of Beijing. The summit brought together a wide range of participants, including ambassadors from multiple countries stationed in China, representatives of international organizations, as well as delegates from universities, multinational corporations, professional talent associations, and enterprises in the fields of science, technology, and talent services.

This year’s summit featured a series of high-level forums and events, including the China Talent 50 Forum, centered on internationally relevant topics such as “Global Talent Mobility: Enhancing Beijing’s Exchanges with Foreign Countries,” “Emerging Trends in Global Talent Development: A New Wave of Competition or Cooperation?”, “Global Talent Exchange and Innovation-Driven Development,” and “Evolving Demand for Talent and Upgraded Talent Training in the AI Era.” 

In addition, the Global Talent Mobility Trends Report 2025 was officially released during the summit. A variety of side events were also held, including an AGTO exhibition, the evening reception at the Scenic Terrace, and a field visit to Beijing’s sub-center.
