Paul Yonggi Cho, founder of Yoido Full Gospel Church in Seoul, South Korea, had a profound testimony. Born in 1936 and raised in a Buddhist family, he contracted tuberculosis as a teenager. While bedridden, he converted to Christianity after reading a Bible given to him by a Christian girl. He prayed for healing, recovered, and dedicated his life to God. Cho attended Full Gospel Bible College, graduating in 1958, and soon founded a small church in Seoul. His ministry, emphasizing prayer, the Holy Spirit, and the "Threefold Blessing" (spiritual, physical, and material prosperity), rapidly grew. By the 1990s, Yoido Full Gospel Church was the world's largest congregation. Cho passed away in 2021, leaving a lasting legacy in the Christian community.
