Surf footage I shot in 1987 in Huntington Beach, including some at the OP Pro surf competition, and some morning shots of an event hosted by Huntington Beach High School surf team in the early fall. The 32 year-old video tape has lost some quality having only been digitized in Jan. 2019, so I had to do copious editing to elimate the bad spots. Even so, the image quality of the day was poor by today's standards. In 1987 video cameras were an emerging technology for the home market and quite expensive. I bought mine for $600!
