LG G5 OLED TV Review (vs Samsung S95F & LG G4)

We review the LG G5 flagship OLED TV, featuring the latest 4-stack "Primary RGB Tandem OLED" panel from LG Display.

Our review sample is the 65-inch LG OLED65G5, but the LG G5 OLED is also available in 48", 55", 77", 83" and 97" screen sizes, although the largest 97-incher won't be using the 4-stack WOLED panel.

The verdict on the 48-inch G5 remains unknown: LG Electronics (who manufactures the TVs) told us at CES that the 48G5 wouldn’t be using the 4-stack panel. However, that may well change, because LG Display has since listed a 48-inch 4-stack panel as available. We’ll aim to clarify this... or measure the spectral power distribution ourselves once we get a sample in for testing.
