'We're not allowed to cheat': Charges dropped against Elwood Jones in murder case

The unusual case of Rhoda Nathan's 1994 murder took another twist as Ohio Supreme Court Justice Joe Deters defended his former prosecutor's office on a radio show.

Deters appeared on 700-WLW's Bill Cunningham show following the announcement that all charges against Elwood Jones, the man previously convicted of Nathan's murder, were dropped.
