This is a fun aerial hoop trick, a little around the world style aerial hoop flip. It's a nice addition to your repertoire of simple dynamic lyra moves. This one might be a little tricky for aerial hoop beginners but it's a good challenge. I think it's a beautiful and unusual lyra move:)
