We hit Matsu, a four seat palace of pleasure right in our own backyard, for an Omakase menu to remember.

Omakase literally means “I leave details up to you.” My favourite meals are the ones where I don’t have to think about ordering and suffering from order anxiety. Omakase is a chef curated dinner famous for direct interactions with the chef. An extremely intimate Japanese style degustation.

Come fanatics as we embark on a pilgrimidge of excess to Footscray’s highest gastronomic shrine of excellence.
