I plunged into the bamboo sea of Lingnan in December. Under a tall wild olive tree, I set up my canopy, lit a fire, and began to cook. Around me, leaves danced and rustled while crickets delivered their solo performance—a true symphony of nature.
The next morning, greeted by the first light, I answered nature's grace with the aroma of my hand-brewed coffee. Finally, packing up my gear, I bid farewell to the olive grove.
This was more than just an escape from city life; it was an inward journey. Between the dappled light of the trees and the pages of my book, I sought the possibility of a different way of thinking—a way to dwell in the world anew.
