Si usa la posizione del Ghyan Mudra (Mudra della Conoscenza), con la punta del pollice che tocca la punta dell'indice e le altre dita unite e distese. Gli indici che rappresentano l'elemento aria e la coscienza umana, con i pollici che rappresentano l'elemento fuoco e la coscienza universale, si toccano creando la forma dell'infinito e permettendo una connessione simbolico-energetica tra le due mani: la mano destra che ha come vocazione l'intenzione in azione e la mano sinistra che ha come vocazione l'espressione del cuore, dell'amore. Attraverso questa connessione di amore e di azione, apriamo lo spazio alla nuova realtà che desideriamo creare, accompagnati al suono del mantra sanscrito OM (AUM) che nell'Induismo e nel Buddismo si ritiene sia la vibrazione primordiale della creazione dell'Universo.

The position of Ghyan Mudra (Mudra of Knowledge) is used, with the tip of the thumb touching the tip of the index finger and the other fingers together and extended. The index fingers representing the air element and human consciousness, with the thumbs representing the fire element and universal consciousness, touch each other creating the shape of infinity and allowing a symbolic-energetic connection between the two hands: the right hand which has as its vocation the intention in action and the left hand which has as its vocation the expression of the heart, of love. Through this connection of love and action, we open the space to the new reality we wish to create, accompanied by the sound of the Sanskrit mantra OM (AUM) which in Hinduism and Buddhism is believed to be the primordial vibration of the creation of the Universe.
