Review of “Taiwan Mei Shan 'Jin Xuan' Oolong Tea” (’25 Spring harvest of TRES#12 “Jin Xuan/Golden Daylily”), a fine example of a ‘Green Oolong’ (low oxidation Oolong) from Taiwan. However, our focus here is on the unique contribution that this varietal makes – the milky/creamy mouthfeel and almost buttery taste.
