Due to the failed, unsuitable, and corrupt political governing system which, unfortunately, spanned for over 7 decades, had made Sri Lanka, our nation spiral into a grave socio-economic catastrophe, and in its wake has made her people suffer enormously. It was during such a critical and hard time that The Most Venerable Maha Arahant Wajirabuddhi Thero decided to speak to the people of this nation and guide them towards a more prosperous and noble society through the Buddhist Philosophical ideology of “Good Governance”.

This Channel named “Good Governance | Arahant Wajirabuddhi” will continue to speak to the hearts and minds of the intelligent people of this nation via a series of recorded discussions of the Maha Arahant Mahanuwara Wajirabuddhi Thero, where he hopes to bring about an all-new Good Governance framework as a solution and directional guidance which best suits Sri Lanka and its people, for a prosperous socio-economic, and an incorruptible, consistent political governing methodology in order to win back our nation’s long lost glory.
