As mentioned during the video, this string pattern is the same one used by all flagship E-Force frames for the past 5-10 years (and it only varied slightly for years before that). This same pattern should be good for Invasion, Invasion X, Apocalypse, Apocalypse Beta, Dark Star, and Takeover. It will also be almost identical for Command Power Flex, Heatseeker, and Heatseeker 2.0 (except the last 2 crosses).
Machine used: Gamma X-ST w/ Wise 2086 Tension Head
String used: E-Force Oxygen 17g Black
Other tools used in this video: Starting clamps, needle nose pliers, pathfinder awl, diagonal cutters, synthetic grease, and a clothespin (none of which are technically required but all help in some way)
Tension: 33 lbs + 10% pre-stretch (this is roughly equivalent to 36 lbs on a lockout machine).
Other details: ~41 ft single piece stringing, 8'6" short side.
