Sand is forever changing... Popular Waves Disappear, and Old Ones are Reborn. On a distant shore, there lies a point break similar to Skeleton Bay, but with no one around. I was fortunate enough to get to surf it on a "Maps To Nowhere" trip with Ian Crane, Soli Bailey, and Sarah Baum. The wave is flawless, but gets SO dang heavy at low tide it's hard to catch it. Riding these waves, and walking the shore, with no one else around was One of the most surreal experiences of my life! And on my final wave of the day, I rode it for over 1-minute and got 7 barrels on it.
