Welcome to the Winter Arc Challenge! In this video, I’ll be explaining everything you need to know about how the challenge works, what the rules are, and how you can join in to transform yourself this winter.

The Winter Arc Challenge is a 100-day journey focused on self-improvement, fitness, and coding. We’re pushing ourselves to break bad habits and become the best versions of ourselves. Here’s how the challenge works:

Challenge Rules:
Daily Fitness:

Every day, we will do at least 1 hour of physical activity. Whether it’s lifting weights, running, or any form of exercise, consistency is key!
Cold Exposure:

Embrace the winter! We’ll include cold showers or spending time outside in the cold to toughen up our mental and physical resilience.
Healthy Diet:

Stick to a diet plan that fuels your body—whether you’re bulking or cutting. I’ll be sharing what I’m eating along the way too.
Daily Coding:

For all the tech lovers out there, we’ll code every day for at least 1 hour. Pick any programming language or project you’re working on—consistency in coding is as important as fitness. I’ll be coding too, and we can share our progress!
Accountability:

Post daily updates of your progress, whether it's on social media or a private journal. Tag me on Instagram or Twitter with #WinterArcChallenge so I can follow your journey and shout out some of your progress!
No Cheats:

No skipping days, no shortcuts! This is about discipline and long-term growth.
