Repairing Dell LCD (Model E2420H) with blue screen display. Troubleshooting and repair signal from VGA port.
1st- check loose connection on VGA port for cold solder. Solder point ok no crack.
2nd - tracing smd parts connected to VGA port, found out shorted diode with 6 pins.
3rd- replaced diode from HDMI port, since I always used VGA port. No available parts, then for temporary I just use diode from HDMI port (temporary disabled HDMI)
