The process enables us to merge production steps and thus produce complex tools for the manufacturing process with higher added value for our customers, or to realize tricky components that no one else dares to tackle.
The main advantages of additive manufacturing are obvious: The process enables a high degree of flexibility and maximum design freedom in construction - not only in prototype construction, but also increasingly in series production. What isn't possible with conventional technologies, we achieve with additive metal printing. The 3d-printing enables us to merge multiple production steps and thus produce complex tools for the manufacturing process with higher added value for our customers, or to realize tricky components that no one else dares to tackle. In this video we manufactured a HPC milling ring with more than twenty cutting inserts.
