Many leaders show up in fear, and they don't even know it.
You lead in fear if you are stifling the authenticity of who you are. Or the integrity of a situation, or you are compromising on your values. All this within a professional context, of course.
I wanted to speak about this and bring awareness to you so that you can show up and influence because once you lead in fear, you intimidate, and you not only are your own worst enemy, you will not embody the traits of someone who leads well.
