Sky's Jayne Secker is near Valencia in eastern Spain where the area "has been totally decimated" from deadly floods.
At least 95 people have been killed in the country and a major rescue effort is under way to find the large numbers of people still missing - but forecasters are warning more torrential rain is on the way for some of the worst-hit areas.
